I shaved my head for The Bald and the Beautiful - an event where participants get sponsors to shave their head and raise money and awareness for childhood cancer (St. Baldrick’s Foundation). I raised over $1,400 and had a BLAST. I was a bit worried because I have always been told that I have a round face, and with no hair to hide my chubby cheeks and neck behind, how would I look? But now that it’s done I absolutely LOVE it and recommend to everybody that they shave their heads at least once in their life!

So this technically isnt a hair cut but it was my first time wearing a wig and I was really nervous about it because at first I felt too fat in it and that was a really silly thing for me to think because I look damn cute in it and I was very excited to wear it. tumblr. ask box. online store.

I’ve never had hair this short. I was constantly afraid that I would look weird or terrible with it because I’m fat. But I finally decided to say, “Fuck it!” and had my boss (I’m a stylist) chop it off. I’m in love!

My mom always gave/still gives me shit for being fat, so I was always hesitant to cut my hair short. A couple weeks ago I got it cut on a whim and I FUCKING LOVE IT.
